The Vault is an independent luxury fashion showroom. Pieces displayed are available by inquiry, with availability confirmed individually through The Vault. Each piece is reviewed through The Vault’s verification process before fulfillment.
Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The Vault is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any displayed brand unless expressly stated.
How We Represent Pieces
Every listing is built to give clients a clear and accurate representation of the piece being presented.
Product titles, categories, imagery, color information, sizing, and descriptions are reviewed before publication. Material details relevant to the client are disclosed directly and presented clearly.
Our goal is simple: what you see through The Vault should accurately represent what you are securing.
How We Source
Before fulfillment, every piece passes through The Vault’s internal review process. Our sourcing network and acquisition details remain confidential, while all information relevant to the client is communicated clearly.
How We Review
Each piece is reviewed through The Vault’s verification process before fulfillment.
Our review considers the product information, available documentation, identifying details, construction, labeling, materials, imagery, and other relevant characteristics applicable to the piece.
Where additional review is appropriate, fulfillment does not proceed until that review is complete.
How Securing a Piece Works
Request a piece through “Secure This Piece” or your cart. The Vault confirms availability and final pricing directly with you — by Instagram, Telegram, or text, whichever you prefer.
A deposit secures your piece; the remaining balance is due before fulfillment. Shipping details and an estimated delivery window are confirmed with you individually once your request is reviewed — we do not quote a shipping timeline before that.
Prices shown in the showroom reflect pieces The Vault has already reviewed and approved; everything else is priced individually once you reach out.
Accountability
The Vault stands behind the way every piece is represented and reviewed. Each order is individually confirmed and processed through The Vault’s verification process before fulfillment.
All orders are final sale and non-refundable. Clients are responsible for confirming all order details before fulfillment. Exceptions apply only where required by applicable law.
Any order-related concerns will be reviewed directly by The Vault in accordance with our established order policies.
